On the lawn, a quartet plays classical music for kids & teaches the older kiddies the history behind the classical artists like Beethoven and Mozart... and then the (free) park with adult & baby farm animals is open for us to walk around and pet the animals, at least those animals who are willing. The horse "Micheal" was REALLY close to us in the barn... but Hunter was a little hesitant to pet him, though Mommy stroked him between the brows and he was truly a gentle giant. The park even has tractors that are "kid-sized" -- and then we went on a REAL tractor ride! We ate in some shade provided by the covered pavilion (thank Goodness cuz it was HOT)... the day was super fun!
